National Archives And Records Service operating expenses For necessary expenses in connection with Federal records management and related activities, as provided by law, including reimbursement for security guard services, contractual services incident to movement or disposal of records, and acceptance and utilization of voluntary and uncompensated services, $74,000,000, of which $4,000,000 for allocations and grants for historical publications and records as authorized by 44 U.S.C. 2504, as amended, shall remain available until expended. records declassification For expenses necessary for the review and declassification of documents, and related records management activities, pursuant to 44 U.S.C. 2104,2108, and 2904 and implementing provisions of Executive Order 11652, directives issued pursuant thereto, and other applicable authorities, including expenses not otherwise provided for, and acceptance and utilization of voluntary and uncompensated services, $1,565,000.
