General Provisions—The Judiciary Sec. 402. Appropriations and authorizations made in this title which are available for salaries and expenses shall be available for services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109. Sec. 403. Not to exceed $120,000 of the appropriations contained in this title shall be available for the study of rules of practice and procedure. Sec. 404. Appropriations made in this title shall be available for salaries and expenses of the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals authorized by Public Law 92–210. This title may be cited as the “Judiciary Appropriation Act, 1979”.
