Office of the Inspector General For necessary expenses of the Office of the Inspector General, including employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $10,000, for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $22,945,000, and in addition, $8,619,000 shall be derived by transfer from the appropriation, “Food Stamp Program” and merged with this appropriation.
