leave Sec. 410. Section 6304 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking out “and (e)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(e), and (f)”; and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: “(f) Annual leave accrued by an individual while serving in a position in the Senior Executive Service shall not be subject to the limitation on accumulation otherwise imposed by this section.”.
