Sec. 358. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, tolls collected for motor vehicles on any bridge connecting the borough 106 STAT. 1560of Brooklyn, New York, and Staten Island, New York, shall continue to be collected for only those vehicles exiting from such bridge in Staten Island.
