Sec. 410. (a) The Water Resources Research Act of 1964 (Public Law 88–379, 78 Stat. 329; 42 U.S.C. 1961 et seq.), as amended, and the Saline Water Conversion Act of 1971 (Public Law 92–60, 85 Stat. 159; 42 U.S.C. 1959 et seq.), as amended, are hereby repealed. (b) Nothing elsewhere in this Act is intended to repeal, supersede, or diminish existing authorities or responsibilities of any agency of the Federal Government concerning water resources. 92 STAT. 1317 (c) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to alter existing law with respect to the ownership and control of water.
