Center for Disease Control preventive health services To carry out titles III and XVII of the Public Health Service Act, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; including insurance of official motor vehicles in foreign countries; and purchase, hire, maintenance, and operation of aircraft, $162,849,000, including 3,982 full-time permanent positions, of which $1,912,000 shall remain available until expended and shall be for construction and equipment of facilities of or used by the Center for Disease Control: Provided, That training of employees of private agencies shall be made subject to reimbursement or advances to this appropriation for the full cost of such training.
