Foreign Military Credit Sales For expenses not otherwise provided for, necessary to enable the President to carry out the provisions of sections 23 and 24 of the Arms Export Control Act, $654,500,000: Provided, That of the amount provided for the total aggregate credit sale ceiling during the current fiscal year, not less than $1,000,000,000 shall be allocated to Israel.
