Sec. 112. None of the funds appropriated or made available (other than funds for “International organizations and programs”) pursuant to this Act for carrying out the Foreign Assistance Act or 1961, as amended, may be used to finance the export of nuclear equipment, fuel, or technology or to provide assistance for the training of foreign nationals in nuclear fields.
