realignment of military installations in the canal zone Sec. 817. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act shall be used for the realignment of any military installation in the Canal Zone unless such use is consistent with the responsibility of, and necessity for, the United States to defend the Panama Canal or with legislation which may be enacted to implement the Pamana Canal Treaties of 1977.
