report on title iv of the trade act of 1974 Sec. 604. Within six months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to Congress a report detailing the effect on United States agriculture of title IV or the Trade Act of 1974, including a recommendation as to whether the provisions of such title should be repealed or amended.
