TRUST FUND AVAILABLE FOR EXPENDITURES FOR NAVIGATION CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION PROJECTS ON INLAND WATERWAYS.

SEC. 204. TRUST FUND AVAILABLE FOR EXPENDITURES FOR NAVIGATION CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION PROJECTS ON INLAND WATERWAYS. (a) In General.—Amounts in the Trust Fund shall be available, as provided by appropriations Acts, for making construction and rehabilitation expenditures for navigation on the inland and intracoastal waterways of the United States described in section 206 of this Act. No amount may be appropriated out of the Trust Fund unless the law authorizing the expenditure for which the amount is appropriated explicitly provides that the appropriation is to be made out of the Trust Fund. (b) Expenditures Must Be Otherwise Authorized by Law.—Nothing in this section shall be deemed to authorize any program, project, or other activity not otherwise authorized by law.
