Section 599B(a) of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1991 (as amended by Public Law 102–145, as amended), is further amended— (a) by striking out “fiscal year 1992” and inserting in lieu thereof “fiscal year 1993”; and (b) by striking out “Appropriations Act, 1992” and inserting in lieu thereof “Appropriations Act, 1993”.
