Sec. 311. (a) Paragraphs (1) and (3) of subsection (b) of section 5 of the Judiciary Office Building Development Act (40 U.S.C. 1204(b)) are amended by deleting “and interior” and by adding the following new subsection: “(c) The United States Capitol Police are authorized to police the building and other improvements constructed pursuant to the Judiciary Office Building Development Act, including the interior and exterior thereof, and to make arrests within the interior and exterior of such building and other improvements for any violation of any law of the United States, of the District of Columbia, or of any State, or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto”. (b) Subsection (a) of section 9 of the Judiciary Office Building Development Act (40 U.S.C. 1207(a)) is amended by deleting “and interior”.
