Sec. 22. (a) The United States Court of Appeals Building located at 125 South Grand Avenue in Pasadena, California, shall be known and designated as the “Richard H. Chambers United States Court of Appeals Building”. (b) Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the courthouse referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Richard H. Chambers United States Court of Appeals Building”.
