Sec. 216. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, funds appropriated under this Act for salaries and expenses of 106 STAT. 1813the Department of Health and Human Services are hereby reduced by $110,000,000: Provided, That the fiscal year 1994 budget justification material shall specify amounts budgeted for administrative costs within object classes 11 through 32 by appropriation account and by organizational entity, with comparisons to fiscal year 1993 comparable amounts. This title may be cited as the “Department of Health and Human Services Appropriations Act, 1993”.
