Sec. 115. The General Accounting Office is hereby directed to report to Congress its explanation for failing to comply with Public Law 100–202, and to complete by the adjournment of Congress sine die of the One Hundred Second Congress, the reports required to be submitted pursuant to Public Law 100–202.
