new diplomatic posts For personnel, support and other expenses, not otherwise provided for, for the Department of State and United States Information Agency to establish and operate new diplomatic posts in the republics of the former Soviet Union, $25,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1994: Provided, That of this amount not less than $5,000,000 shall be available for the United States Information Agency.
