SEC. 205. SPECIAL PROJECTS REGARDING DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS. Section 827(c) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 296r(c)) is amended— (1) by striking “and” after “1990,”; and (2) by inserting before the period the following: “, $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, and $6,000,000 for fiscal year 1994”.
