SEC. 302. EXTENSION OF ANNUAL REPORT ON FURNISHING NONSERVICECONNECTED HEALTH CARE. Section 19011(e)(1) of the Veterans’ Health Care Amendments of 1986 (38 U.S.C. 610 note) is amended by striking out “each of” and all that follows through “1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “each fiscal year through fiscal year 1991”.
