SEC. 354. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR COMPETITION PILOT PROGRAM FOR DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE OF MATERIALS. Subsection (b) of section 314 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–190; 105 Stat. 1337; 10 U.S.C. 2466 note) is repealed.
