SEC. 205. ENDOWMENT FOR DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION. (a) Report.—The Secretary of Defense shall prepare a report on the benefits and limitations of establishing a United States-Israel Endowment for Defense Industrial Cooperation with the following objectives: (1) To promote and support joint defense industrial activities of mutual benefit to the United States and Israel. (2) To promote and support joint commercialization of defense technologies of mutual benefit to the United States and Israel. (3) To strengthen a mutually beneficial defense trade program between the United States and Israel. (b) Deadline.—The Secretary shall submit to Congress the report required by subsection (a) no later than August 1, 1993.
