LIMITATION REGARDING SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACTS OF THE STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION.

SEC. 236. LIMITATION REGARDING SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACTS OF THE STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE ORGANIZATION. (a) Limitation.—Of the amounts that are appropriated to the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1993 pursuant to the authorizations of appropriations contained in this Act and are made available for the Strategic Defense Initiative Organization, not more than $135,000,000 may be expended for the procurement of support services. (b) Definition.—For purposes of subsection (a), the term “support services” means any of the following: (1) Professional, administrative, and management support services. (2) Special studies and analyses. (3) Services contracted for under section 3109 of title 5, United States Code.
