SEC. 136. F–16 AIRCRAFT PROGRAM. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated for the F–16 program for fiscal year 1993 or otherwise made available for the F–16 program may be obligated for advance procurement or any purposes other than the production of 24 F–16 aircraft and associated spare parts and support equipment until the Secretary of Defense has complied with the provisions of sections 901 and 902.
