SEC. 180. DEFINITION OF LOW-VOLUME SITE. For purposes of this subtitle, the term “low-volume site” means one of the three chemical weapons storage sites in the United States at which there is stored 5 percent or less of the total United States stockpile of unitary chemical weapons.
