SEC. 806. EXTENSION OF TEST PROGRAM OF CONTRACTING FOR PRINTING-RELATED SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE. (a) Extension of Authority.—Section 843(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (44 U.S.C. 502 note) is amended by striking out “October 1, 1993” and inserting in lieu thereof “October 1, 2000”. (b) Section Heading.—The heading of section 843 of such Act is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 843. CONTRACT GOAL FOR DISADVANTAGED SMALL BUSINESSES IN PRINTING-RELATED SERVICES.”.
