SEC. 1137. STUDY OF IMPLEMENTATION FOR ALL RESERVE COMPONENTS.The Secretary of Defense shall conduct an assessment of the feasibility of implementing the provisions of this title for all reserve components. Not later than December 31, 1993, the Secretary shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report containing a plan for such implementation.
