SEC. 1836. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO NAMES. The corporation shall have the sole and exclusive right to use the names “The Retired Enlisted Association, Incorporated”, “The Retired Enlisted Association”, “Retired Enlisted Association”, and “TREA”, and such seals, emblems, and badges as the corporation may lawfully adopt. Nothing in this section may be construed to conflict or interfere with rights that are established or vested before the date of the enactment of this Act.
