LAND CONVEYANCE, ABBEVILLE, ALABAMA.
SEC. 2844. LAND CONVEYANCE, ABBEVILLE, ALABAMA. (a) In General.— The Secretary of the Army may convey, with-out consideration, to the City of Abbeville, Alabama, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of land consisting of approximately four acres, together with improvements thereon, the site of a proposed Army Reserve Center, Abbeville, Alabama. (b) Description of Property.— The exact acreage and legal description of the property to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey that is satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of the survey shall be borne by the City of Abbeville, Alabama. (c) Additional Terms and Conditions.— The Secretary may require any additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under this section that the Secretary considers to be appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
