SEC. 2301. REAUTHORIZATION OF PARTNERSHIP IN EDUCATION. Section 304(b) of the Education for Economic Security Act (20 U.S.C. 3983) is amended— (1) by striking “, and 1988” and all that follows before the period; 102 STAT. 320 (2) by striking “1986,” and inserting “1986 and”; and (3) by adding at the end “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this title $15,000,000 for fiscal year 1989 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1993.”.
