AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 618. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for purposes of this subtitle $50,000,000 for the 10-year period beginning with the first full fiscal year after the date of enactment of this Act, to remain available until expended.
