AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 514. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for carrying out this title $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1993 through 1997, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1998 through 2000.
