SEC. 3011. POWERPLANT AND INDUSTRIAL FUEL USE ACT OF 1978 REPEAL.Section 403(c) of the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 (42 U.S.C. 8373(c)) is repealed.
