SEC. 6101. AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934. Section 223(b) of the Communications Act of 1934 is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking out “under eighteen years of age or to any other person without that person’s consent”; (2) by striking out paragraph (2); (3) in paragraph (4), by striking out “paragraphs (1) and (3)” and inserting in lieu thereof “paragraphs (1) and (2)”; and (4) by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), and (5) as paragraphs (2), (3), and (4), respectively.
