SEC. 301. GRANTS-IN-AID AUTHORIZATION. Section 17(c) of the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 (49 U.S.C. App. 1684(c)) is amended by striking “and $5,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991” and inserting “$5,500,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991, $7,750,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1992, $7,750,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, $9,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1994, and $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1995”.
