SEC. 215. ADDITIONAL STATE STANDARDS. Section 203(d) of the Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act of 1979 (49 U.S.C. App. 2002(d)) is further amended by inserting “that has submitted a current certification under section 205(a)” after “Any State agency”.
