SEC. 116. ADDITIONAL STATE STANDARDS. Section 3(a)(1) of the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968 (49 U.S.C. App. 1672(a)(1)) is further amended by inserting “that has submitted a current certification under section 5(a)” after “Any State agency”.
