SEC. 502. DEFINITIONS OF HAZMAT EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER. Section 103 of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (49 U.S.C. App. 1802) is amended in each of paragraphs (5)(B) and (6)(A)(iii)— (1) by striking “reconditions” and inserting “manufactures, reconditions,”; and (2) by inserting “as qualified” after “represented”.
