SEC. 208. STUDY.Not later than April 1, 1994, the Secretary of Agriculture shall report to the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate on— (1) State agencies that request the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct bid solicitations for infant formula under section 17(h)(8)(G)(i) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786(h)(8)(G)(i)) (as amended by section 204 of this Act): (2) cost reductions achieved by the solicitations; and (3) other matters the Secretary determines to be appropriate regarding this title and the amendments made by this title.
