SEC. 104. LISTING OF DESIGNATED PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION. Section 28 of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 (15 U.S.C. 2224) is amended— (1) by striking “certified” in the section heading; and (2) in subsection (a)— (A) by inserting “(acting through its Governor or the Governor’s designee)” immediately after “each State” wherever it appears; and (B) by striking “the Governor of the State or his designee certifies”.
