SEC. 202. HAWAII MONITORING STATION. Section 9(a) of the Federal Communications Commission Authorization Act of 1988 (Public Law 100–594; 102 Stat. 3024) is amended by striking “1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992” and inserting in lieu thereof “1991,1992,1993, and 1994”.
