REPORTS TO CONGRESS ON CAPITAL PROJECTS.

SEC. 305. REPORTS TO CONGRESS ON CAPITAL PROJECTS. Not later than May 1, 1993, the President shall submit to the Congress a report describing— (1) the extent to which United States Government resources have been expended specifically to support the projects described in this title in developing countries and countries making the transition from nonmarket to market economies; (2) the extent to which the activities of the United States Government have been coordinated pursuant to section 304; and (3) the extent to which United States Government capital projects and tied-aid credit programs have affected United States exports.
