SEC. 603. ENTERPRISE FOR THE AMERICAS BOARD. Section 610 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1738i) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking out “ENVIRONMENT” and inserting in lieu thereof “ENTERPRISE”; (2) in subsection (a), by striking out “Environment” and inserting in lieu thereof “Enterprise”; and (3) in subsection (b)(1)(B)— (A) by inserting “child survival and child development,” after “environmental,”; and (B) by inserting “, at least one of whom shall be a representative from a child survival and child development organization” after “Caribbean”.
