APPLICABILITY.

SEC. 684. APPLICABILITY.Except as otherwise provided in subtitles B through F of this title and the amendments made by such subtitles, such subtitles and the amendments made by such subtitles shall apply upon the expiration of the 6-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act.
