PLAN OF ACTION.

SEC. 304. PLAN OF ACTION. (a) Supporting Documentation Regarding Plan of Action.— Section 217(a)(2) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987 (12 U.S.C. 4107(a)(2)) is amended by inserting after the second sentence the following new sentence: “Each owner and the Secretary shall also, upon request, make available to the tenants of the housing and to the office of the chief executive officer of the appropriate State or local government for the jurisdiction within which the housing is located all documentation supporting the plan of action, but not including any information that the Secretary determines is proprietary information.”. (b) Supporting Documentation Regarding Revisions.—Section 217(c) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987 (12 U.S.C. 4107(c)) is amended in the second sentence by inserting before the period the following: “and make available to the Secretary and tenants all documentation supporting any revision, but not including any information that the Secretary deter-mines is proprietary information”.
