SEC. 150. EFFECTIVENESS OF SECTION 8 ASSISTANCE FOR PHA-OWNED UNITS.The amendments made by section 548 of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act shall be effective notwithstanding the absence of any regulations issued by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
