SEC. 125. CIVIL-MILITARY INTEGRATION. Title III of the Defense Production Act of 1950 is amended by adding at the end the following new section: 106 STAT. 4209 “SEC. 310. CIVIL-MILITARY INTEGRATION. “An important purpose of this title is the creation of production capacity that will remain economically viable after guarantees and other assistance provided under this title have expired.”.
