AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC 301. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Marine Fisheries Program Authorization Act (Public Law 98–210; 97 Stat. 1409) is amended— (1) in section 2(a) by striking “$26,500,000” and all that follows through “fiscal year 1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “$47,933,000 for fiscal year 1992 and $59,162,000 for fiscal year 1993”; (2) in section 3(a) by striking “$35,000,000” the first time it appears and all that follows through “fiscal year 1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “$27,290,000 for fiscal year 1992 and $35,594,000 for fiscal year 1993”; and (3) in section 4(a) by striking “$10,000,000” and all that follows through “fiscal year 1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “$12,182,000 for fiscal year 1992 and $18,838,000 for fiscal year 1993”.
