SEC. 315. PASCAGOULA LABORATORY WAREHOUSE FACILITIES. Due to the logistical crisis at the National Marine Fisheries Service Laboratory at Pascagoula, Mississippi, the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration should give immediate consideration to upgrading dock and warehouse support facilities at such Laboratory in fiscal year 1993.
