SEC. 309. MIGRATORY WORKERS. (a) Collaboration.—The first sentence of section 312 (29 U.S.C. 777b) is amended— (1) by inserting “(a) after “312.”; and (2) by inserting “to nonprofit agencies working in collaboration with such State agency,” after “section 101,”. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 312 (29 U.S.C. 777b) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(b) Authorization of Appropriations.— There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years 1993 through 1997 such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.”.
